Having spent almost 25 years in the mission field in Ukraine, Elvira made a smooth transition to impactful mentorship and coaching in 2016. Since 2020 she has been working as a coach, mentor-coach and a trainer on FOCOS platform.

Her mentees and coaches commend her for her ability to apply God's wisdom to life's challenging realities. Her life and authentic style of relationship stimulates her clients' growth and transformation. Whether in the role of a trainer or as a coach, Elvira works with one dominating passion: to help people experience personal growth and spiritual transformation.

Elvira has a bachelor's degree in "Psychology and development of coaching".

She and her husband moved from their native country - Ukraine to Poland in 2019 and presently live in Krakow.
