The seminar is organised by the Lead Trainer and coach Ella Fesenko and assisted by coach Antonina Koloda. The organising party is grateful for the host - New Covenant church and their support in holding the event.

6 years of Christian coaching experience and 24 years of mentoring, discipling and leadership development in CRU have formed in Ella a strong passion combined with practical skills for helping people find their fulfilment through aligning their lives with God's purposes.

Her mentees and coachees commend her for her ability to apply God's wisdom to life's chalenging realities. Her live and authentic style of relationship stimulates her clients' growth and transformation.

Presently she works as coach, mentor coach and a trainer on FOCOS Platform. Ella has a bachelors's degree in "Psychology and development of coaching".

Antonina has been a missionary working with Ukrainian students in CRU for 6 years. She led Bible study and prayer for girls in the local church. She believes that God called her to equip young people in the Body of believers through mentorship and coaching.

Antonina's coaching style is flexible and welcoming. She creates a space for clients' free flow of thoughts and emotional expressions. Accurate and attentive to details, she is good at providing a solid support structure and accountability. God called her to coach people around their design, passions and carrier growth.
