 Our Mission is to promote self-awareness and personal growth of the people of God, so that they could discover and realize their God givel life purpose.

What To Expect From The Project



Each project participant takes a test to define his type of personality (MBTI, DISC), his strengths and weaknesses and EQ.
Basing on the results, we help:
  • to make a personal development plan
  • to explore the influence of personality type on communication, work and studies
  • to identify necessary resources for development
The tools used: MBTI, DISC and EQ tests, techniques and exercises for individual coaching.

Expected Results:
  • deepened self-knowledge
  • clarity in own strengths and weaknesses
  • personal development plan and written steps to its implementation
Our Projects

You are free to choose the project plan: online or offline (offline meetings are only for Krakow residents, Poland).

Step Up

It is a coach - project that consists of three meetings with different tests and assignments.

What can you expect from this project:
  • Three coach meetings that combine assignments and tests for self- and self-development
  • Determine your personality type, strengths or weaknesses (depending on your choice) and their impact on your performance in different areas of life
  • Define direction and set a goal and plan for development
  • Support and encouragement during the project implementation

Life Purpose Discovery Course

This course is for people that profess Christian faith. It is based on Tony Stoltzfus’s book “Christian Life Coaching. Calling and Destiny Discovery Tools for Christian Life Coaching”.

What you gain by the end of the 4 month course:
  • An increased awareness of your unique combination of spiritual gifts, strengths and skills
  • Relationship that are built in the atmosphere of trust and unconditional acceptance
  • New goals for personal and spiritual growth
  • A greater clarity regarding your role, function and place in God’s plan

    As a coach and a Mom of four adult children, I understand how important it is for every young adult - to better understand themselves and find their purpose in life. It is important that they would be able to build their goals and plans in accordance with their main values. That is why I decided to devote a part of my time to volunteer work with young people.
    I've worked for the international organization CRU for 24 years. My task was to promote spiritual, social and personal aspects of youth development in Ukraine. I've worked with international students from 2014 to 2018.
    I am currently developing my career as a coach and coach-trainer in Krakow, Poland. My specialty is "Psychology and development of coaching."

    Hello! My name is Tonya, I am 29 years old. I’ve worked in the student movement "Campus Ukraine" for six years. I developed students in social, intellectual and spiritual spheres. I found out about coaching three years ago. I have been actively practicing it for the last two years.Currently I am taking the course for coaches “Life Purpose Discovery”.

    I also study “Human resource management: HR for People Managers”. I am delighted with the opportunity to help you with self-development andI look forward to starting the course on life purpose and the “Step up” project.
