Introduction:: The program starts with two introductory teleclasses for unpacking the key concepts on which the Christian model of life purpose discovery is based. The structure of the life purpose discovery process is built up on a four-part model of life purpose (Design, Passion, Preparation and Calling).
- Identifying your strengths and weaknesses and learn how to operate from your strengths
- Personality preferences and life styles
- Better understanding yourself and others when it comes to recharging energy, gathering and accessing information, decision making and life rhythms
- Understanding values in the paradigm of life purpose and calling
- Learning to discern between your stated values and real values
- Discovering passions that drive you forward - the things you are ready to sacrifice for
- Dealing with internal and external obstacles, strongholds and ungodly beliefs
- Recognizing how God works all things together for good even during confusing and difficult times
- Getting insights into character development from the significant shaping events of the past
- Gaining clues towards your life purpose by seeing how God has prepared you in character and skills
- The difference between the being and the doing of your call
- Revelation methods that God uses to reveal His call for you
- The four part model of your call: the ultimate Impact that your message has on your audience through various tasks of your life.
- Your role, function and place in His plan
A greater clarity regarding your role, function and place in God's plan
New skills for coaching others in questions of life purpose from the Kingdom perspective
The course dates and duration
All teleclasses will take place either on Mondays from 16:00 to 18:30 CET bi-weekly or on Tuesdays 2pm - 4:30 pm bi-weekly. The time and date will be announced at a later date following a poll conducted during the application process.
16 interactive online biweekly 150-minute teleclasses 14 biweekly peer practice sessions +3 week Christmas/ New Year holiday break = 7 months
Combined together teleclasses, peer coaching sessions, guided personal Bible study and life purpose coaching practice with clients might take about 10 hours per month

- Foundational coaching course is preferred but not compulsory
- Applicants for this course should be able to commit to the process of learning, participation in teleclasses etc. as outlined in the program.

Judith has roots in the UK, Sweden and Paraguay. She and her husband have raised three children. They have worked in church planting and social work for many years. Recently widowed Judith is presently based in Stockholm.
Her heart is to support those in leadership mission and ministry, connecting them with the presence and purposes of God and helping them to stay the course in all seasons and circumstances of life.

Having spent almost 25 years in the mission field in her native country - Ukraine, Ella made a smooth transition from mentorship as a major way of impact in ministry to coaching in 2016. Ella works towards pioneering the FOCOS training in the Russian speaking world. Whether in the role of a trainer or a coach, Ella works with one dominating passion: to help people experience personal growth and spiritual transformation. She and her husband moved to Poland, Krakow in 2019.
